Firm Administrator
Melissa joined Delgado Law Group as the Firm Administrator in 2016. She handles all the operational functions of a growth oriented law firm including managing human resources, developing and evaluating the automation and efficacy of practices to insure the delivery of high quality legal services, overseeing the firm's financial data, and providing administrative management and support to team members.
Before joining the firm she worked as a special educator for 18 years in the field of education. When she is not working, she enjoys wake-boarding, biking and hanging out with the kids. She loves to hike and travel the world.
